Filmmakers, Photographers, Memory Guardians, Parents, Husband and Wife
There is no denying the love between these two – the day was filled with it. This stunning wedding was held at the Gibraltar hotel in Bowral with the ceremony, photo shoot and reception held at the one location. The day was fun just like this couple and even featured a special visit from Max their dog organised by Steph as a surprise for Ryan.
This stunning couple took us out of the Macarthur and back to one of our new favourite places – The Hunter Valley Gardens. The day came together beautifully from the ceremony in the white Chapel to the reception in the Garden Terrace, even the weather pulled out all the stops for this big day.
Usually the answer is " HECK YES!!" If for any reason we know at the time of booking that one of us won't be able to be part of your day we will let you know. If this needs to change for any reason we have a group of people we work with closely, who will be brought in to assist. You can rest assured that if we require any assistance we will do our very best to let you know in advance and give you the details of any changes.
We give your wedding film all of the time we
need to, to deliver you something we know you'll love. Sometimes this means in peak times this may
take us up to 12-14 weeks for delivery.
We will request that you provide us with the details of any other vendors that you have hired so we can familiarise ourselves with them and also say hi prior to the big day. We will liaise closely with your choice of photographer to ensure that we get along like a house on fire or a the very least don’t bump into each other while we’re trying to get a shot.
Yes, please! We would really appreciate if you could organise with your venue to accommodate us for food during the reception. This means that we can focus on capturing your day without taking time to coordinate meals.
We do own a drone and can utilise it under some strict conditions as outlined by CASA (Civil Aviation Safety Authority) The rules for small drone use are very specific and there are a few that are super important for weddings. (Continued on the next page.)
The drone must be kept at least 5.5km away from controlled aerodromes. Operations within the 3 nautical miles radius of an uncontrolled aerodrome or helicopter landing site are restricted. This mean that it is illegal to fly drones in areas like Sydney Habour. The drone must be at least 30 metres away from other people – there is no way of getting around this rule and this means we are unable to fly over the bridal party, etc. The drone must not fly over any area where, in the event of a loss of control or failure, you create an unreasonable hazard to the safety of people and property on the ground (populous area). This means areas like beaches, parks, Wedding Ceremonies or inside rooms.
Having said all of the technical stuff we can absolutely get some pretty awesome shots of your ceremony or reception location if they fall within the requirements of CASA and the location will allow it. If you’re interested in this let us know when you reach out and we can tell if you if it is possible.
If you have gotten this far, there must be something that makes you want to involve us in your day. If you feel that our style of video is the right fit for you then our work is our biggest advocate and would be the first reason why you should work with us. More than that we love our work and we film weddings because we are passionate about helping couples preserve the memories of one of the most amazing days of their lives for them to share with family and friends for many years to come.
